"ART FOR EVERYONE"
Here at
Damn good art what I wish to achieve with my paintings
is an opportunity for everyone who enjoys art, enjoys
images whether on canvas or in any other form or medium
to have the chance to choose or create their own piece
of artwork.
With my paintings I try to create
images, using colour and ideas to produce something
quite unique, whether the idea is my own at Damn good
art or through a commission from a customer or a
gallery.
My paintings are mainly Contemporary
Abstract with Acrylic on canvas. I am also using liquid
resins to add to the canvas to give a different feel and
look. As my studio is based within the Jewellery
Quarter I also use fine and precious metals within my
paintings offering something very individual and a
different dimension to the canvas.
I want and feel each painting should
be able speak to everyone and not just the individual,
what you receive is something different from each
picture every time. My aim, whether through my artwork
or your own inspirations…
